Commissioned Work „Mirjam“

This piece began as a commission in spring 2024: the client requested a drawing of her back – large, yet affordable.
I combined traditional graphite drawing with digital enhancement: first, a detailed sketch on paper in 30 × 40 cm was created, then digitized using a Cruse scanner to allow large-format printing. The digital sketch was further refined with digital charcoal brushes to enhance depth and detail.
The same process was applied to the feet study, „After Exhaustion“. Both originals and prints illustrate the development from the first stroke to the finished work.
